View attachment 223205 View attachment 223206 View attachment 223207 Hi All, I am humbled every time I read posts on here. I'd really appreciate your help with these 3 new acquisitions. I realize some may have some residue, and your grade estimates will be based on the obverse only (sorry no pics available yet of the reverses, but they are actually in better condition than the obverses). For now, can we assume I will safely be able to remove (or have removed) this residue without harming the value? Thanks in advance everyone. pictures are a little small to see enough details to get an accurate grade, but I would put them in them in the 30 to 40 range based on details which would net down as they are problem coins. They look corroded to me, I do not think the 'residue' will come off. Copper is a very reactive metal what might look like residue is probably a chemical reaction on the surface of the coin.
