    Its a proof coin which does not display any cameo in the photograph. As such, perhaps PR65? Usually, these have little over melt value unless they are Cameo or Deep Cameo coins OR are of a specific variety such as a Doubled Die Obverse or Reverse OR perhaps an Inverted Mintmark.

    CAMEO refers to the "contrast" between the devices of the coin (portrait, lettering, etc.) and the fields.
