That would be a holder courtesy of a Russian coin grading company. I can't say I'm too fond of the slab design. However, I'd strongly advise against buying any coins slabbed by this grading service for now as I'm always quite skeptical of any new grading service. https://rngacoin.ru/
Well... I know its definitely not NGC, looks like Russian numismatic grading company https://rngacoin.ru/
I rather like the design. And unlike any of our regular holder, it appears that you can see about 70% of the third side of the coin.
Hmm, interesting. Looked at some stuff from them and seems to be not all that bad. i do have friends in Ukraine and Russia so perhaps this is more well known there. I checked out the website and honestly was surprised. Maybe I'll get one of these

Exactly what do you base this on besides your "feelings?"
1. I'm highly skeptical of foreign TPG's in general and coins that are not slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, and ICG. 2. Russia isn't exactly the best source for buying authentic coins. 3. It's a grading service that's essentially an unknown variable at best. 4. This company might as well be the equivalent of an American basement self-slabber. 5. You think I'd buy something like this? I wouldn't spend my own money on a coin "certified" like this.
If I see their coins out there and agree with the grade, I'd pick one up. Really interesting design and I'd be willing to get more certified Russian empirical coins on the market.
No, but listing them on eBay as “NGC” constitutes keyword spam, for which the seller should be reported. This is not an indictment of “RNGA”, whatever that is. Maybe it is a recognized service in the Russian market and maybe it isn’t. I’d never heard of it until now. But it is not NGC, and describing it as such in a listing is fraudulent. Handsome enough coin, though.

Have you checked out any "foreign" grading services in Canada, Europe, Asia, or China? 2. Russia isn't exactly the best source for buying authentic coins. LOL, either is the U.S.A. 3. It's a grading service that's essentially an unknown variable at best. Yes, especially for someone posting on line who has had no direct experience with the company. PS Don't ask unless you wish to be embarrassed... 4. This company might as well be the equivalent of an American basement self-slabber. Perhaps you would rate other similar foreign TPGS for us just to confirm your opinion. 5. You think I'd buy something like this? I wouldn't spend my own money on a coin "certified" like this. Fortunately, what you would buy is of no concern to most of us here and has absolutely nothing to do with the offerings of the TPGS in question. PS I do understand your attempt to worn readers to be careful about the coins they buy. IMO, attacking a business w/o any experience/knowledge about their product or reputation in Russia struck me as "smoke."
LOL...well for what it's worth they changed they're description to RNGA...and I think R is for Royal...not Russian. There seems to be bids on these slabs so people buy them. At least some of them. This particular coin the ask is 500.00 plus....really high for this coin in my opinion. It does stand on its own 2 feet...but high.
Pretty harsh comments. Only time will tell. It's like how the westerners were bashing Japanese cars when they were first released.
