Hard to tell... But if that orangish haze is on the coin, it sure shouldn't be a 70.

Just what I was thinking. How could those PCGS guys have missed that? Yikes...

That is not a 70, from the photo, 66-67

Doesn't look like a 70 to me, but I'd almost be willing to bet that it is just a really bad image.

I'm 1000% certain that a regrade would definitely net a lower grade. Where do I get my refund...

It's just a modern mass produced bullion coin, why would anyone be silly enough to care exactly how shiny it is?

    It toned after being graded.

Now, will the seller get a 70 price? Probably not because the toning is unattractive.

I agree. It changed in the slab.

The plastic used is semi-permeable to many, many molecules; many od which are less than kind to the coin inside. For this reason, I don't pay extra for "red" copper coins. They are going to tone eventually.

I agree toned in slab as well. Just because its in a slab does not mean it does not need to be stored properly.

Yup, 70 or not still only worth bullion.

Apparently the bidders (bidiots?) don't agree that it's only worth bullion...
