Grade This 1923 Peace Dollar Please!

I always have trouble grading the higher grades. Grade this one for me.

And, I would probably say AU-58.
Nice strike, but it is hard to say.
Perhaps some others will say Unc.
On the reverse, in the field able the "One" is that a scratch?

 

yea it is a light scratch

 

It looks unc. to me, and due to the scratch, I'd guess in the MS62 range.

 

I think this is a AU-58 due to the scratches already noted but could be UNC, cannot confirm with these pictures.
