grade this 1899 $1.00 large note

I'm thinking about purchasing this series 1899 $1.00 U.S large note, so my question is what would you grade it and what is it worth. They are only showing the front of the note, if you have a picture of the REV please share.

need a larger clearer image...but the tri fold and wear on it already suggest a F15 to a VF maybe a tad higher..depending on better images might be able to get a better feel for it..looks like corner damage as well and 1 corner is not showing..will be a lower grade if the paper is torn in thes areas..this note has the Series Date in the Vertical position...3rd generation of this variety.

I know but they are only showing the front, I've tried to enlarge it but can't still trying, but what's it worth.
