For your grading pleasure, what's the grade of this quarter (PCGS holder). I will post the grade tomorrow night.

Ok I thinking ms60 but ding on face might bring it to au58 and I'm thinking is a 75/76 as the 76/76 tend to narrower/cleaner lettering. Or is that only on the proofs?

Just want to make sure, this is a circulation strike.

I'd go MS-65 but the graders are pretty tough now days and they hate scratches. It looks like a bit of planchet scratching at the top of the drum which probably won't hurt the grade.

Any other date and that would be near the top but the bicentennial quarters come very nice.

I'd try a '76 mint set. This looks like the best out of several mint sets but I bet they were the '75.

AU 50 - Nice details but too many surface scratches

A coin with many marks can still be MS, but it will only be AU or lower if there is wear.
