I see a proof - can't say I feel comfortable providing my opinion on the grade with your insufficient, over-exposed photos.
I know. Believe it or not, I am in a similar boat. Anyhow, things will get better and we will get to indulge our numismatic desires.

Save your money on the slabs and put them in a nice air-tite and enjoy them. If you want some slabbed proof wheats, go to cheapslabs.com and buy them for about $10 each. It will cost you far more to have them graded yourself. I would rather spend the money on more coins not more holders.
i would not pay for grade on it either you cando some shopping and get one for the price you will pay.i only grade coins that are more valuable,but that is just the way i do things.
