    I don't think either coin should get FBL. That being said MS-65 on both.

    Both coins have great luster, but there are too many hits and scuffs for me to say 65. I think 64's at most.

    I would also say 65's and getting the right buyer for toning will up the ante some. Some people love toners! Did these come out of government packaging?

    Out of a Dansco. Supposedly the gentleman pulled them out of mint packs when building the album series. So I don't know if OGP toning or the Dansco.

    No way those are 65's - not even close. The 54 is a lock 64, the 57 is a borderline 63/64. I would probably split grade the 57 as a 64 obverse, 63 reverse.

    Neither of them have any chance of FBL - there are marks across the lines on both of them.

    I have a hard time with these and the Washington quarters. Seems the line between 63-65 on these are how the grader is feeling..Especially after reading the post on the pcgs board..
