Tough date/mint, I was surprized I found one today! Kind of pressured to buy because another Lincoln collector that came after me wanted it bad....sorry about his luck. LOL

Where are you going? Pressured? You mean that you did not want anyone else to get it? Every time I get to shows I am lucky to see a couple nice Lincolns and they are generally grossly overpriced.

65-BR? That is a nice one!

Well, I wanted/needed it for my collection and it's the best one I've seen in-hand....and the whole time I was looking at it this guy was asking the dealer about it and looking over my shoulder. I call that pressure, if I put it down then he was going to grab it and most likely buy it....these are tough to find in higher grades. There's always a lot of Lincoln collectors at the show I go to monthly, if you snooze, you lose. LOL

I'm gonna say 64, I think all the rim dings on the top of the obv will hold it back from 65.

Looks like another 64 BN to me.

I would not be surprised to see it in a NGC MS65RB holder though.

Thanks folks, I had 64 in mind when I posted it. Not sure if I'm going to submit it, I worry about submitting ANY Lincoln with color anymore. NGC and PCGS are seem to be scared to slab anything with color these days.

I hear what you are saying, but I would take a chance on that coin. You have little to loose and you might be surprised at what you may gain.

hehehehe...you might be right...OK, you talked me into it. I only costs me $25 for a bodybag so I'll include it with my next round.

I hope you win, but regardless, I don't see how you can regret trying.
