Grade on this 2 1/2 shillings?

    A few days ago, I got the 5 shilling coin from this same series, now I found this 2 1/2 shilling for sale for I think a good price. Is this around VF grade? sa2.jpg sa1.jpg

    I give a VF also. It seams many of these have a weaker strike, and this one is hard to see the details from the photos. Nice old coin.

    I'd say it might make low XF, nice. You might not want to take too much stock by what i think tho, I tend to overgrade things slightly more often than undergrading :rolleyes:
