    I'm trying to figure out what the discoloration is in the obverse field between 2 & 3 o'clock. Need better photos.

    I'd take a stab at MS67 Satin Finish.

    The Sac's which start to break even are the Satin Finish MS69's with the 70's getting the big bucks.

    For standard issue coins, an MS67 might pay your grading fees whereas the MS68's should cover your fee's on the next 6 submissions.
