    It doesn't. That's the point. The Sheldon scale starts at 1 (the so called "basal" state). The only lower grade it could possibly have is 0, which would indicate a worthless coin on the Sheldon scale.

    As mentioned it doesn't. That is part of the difficulty with the PO1. They still have to be able to tell the date and MM otherwise its a no grade

    No grade is the 1 spot lower than P-01. The grading scale goes from p-01 to MS-70. Since there is no Zero, you get a No grade, which in my opinion, is worse than details.

    I have heard this referred to as cull, but correctly stated, it's a no-grade.

    also referred to as a slick, but yes, no grade.
