    Unfortunately I can't make out the date from your obverse pic, so no grade or value. Your second question is no, it is not a colonial coin. The two cent series began during the US Civil War in 1864 well after the colonial period.

    Work on getting good clear, in focus pics of both obverse and reverse and we will be able to help with a grade and approximate value

    ps. The two cent series is one of my favorite coins.

    I am seeing a lot of detail, a clear fairly sharp WE in the motto. Some circulation wear on the high points of the leaves, etc. So I would grade it a high XF to lower AU with a $60 to $80 price range. That said I cannot evaluate the surfaces to determine cleaning or other mistreatment from the pictures only.

    Just my two cent worth...........
