I went & picked up 10 crisp ones from the bank today- I'm torn I like having something new to look at but I think they are the UGLIEST bills that have been made as of yet.

Makes you wonder how long before the counterfeiters make the mint change the process again????

It is wierd looking for a US bill. Almost TOO busy.

The new ten was all over Los Vegas last week, and all the businesses were handing them out to their customers. Guess this type of business comes first when it comes to distribution. That is where the need exists first.

The reverse looks like it should have been orange all the way through......
I see the reason for white on the watermark lookthrough.............

Why didn`t they just print the main devices in orange in ala the 1922 Large Size GOLD Certificates????
I count SIX (6) different color printings on the front of the bill.

I really like them. Easily distinguishable from the rest of our currency. Plus, it would appear that we are getting back to the currency of yester-year when the paper currency was attractive and seemed to be its own work of art and highly collectable these days too. :kewl:
