good or bad deal?

I just got this from a dealer for 5.00 its a little worn but i think the number is cool *02031030. and its old 1953. so good or bad deal?

How can you go wrong with a 1953 Star note?? And just $5.00?? Sounds fine to me... Currency isn't my specialty but I see nothing wrong with the deal... Hey its a Star note it cool in my book!

I would have paid that much for it. I like the red seal $2 notes and with it being a star note that would make me like it even better. Even with the wear.
