I love those Commemoratives, and I think it is, I saw a texas ms67 commen go for like 700 on ebay, Have you looked there?

 

Yes I surf the ebay site alot. Always looking for a good deal lol.

 

IMO the coin is fairly priced.
It's about halfway between the Greysheet and Coin Values.
