Does your title reference to "Golden" mean that you have a gold replica of a postage stamp? If so, it is probably from the Franklin Mint, Hamilton Mint, or other private maker of so-called collectibles. The US postage rate was 37¢ in 2004, so if it is a real stamp, or a replica of a real stamp, it can pretty well be dated to that time period. Unfortunately, the USPS doesn't maintain pictures of its vast array of commemorative stamps anywhere on its website that I can find. If you really want information about it, you might consider checking a philatelic forum.
When I said golden, I meant that it was golden color. It is a real stamp, and you can actually peal it. The year is 2003
Your stamp is from a pane of 10 issued on February 25, 2003, to honor American filmmakers. The stamps are arranged to resemble two strips of film, with five stamps on each strip, showing examples of work performed in art direction, cinematography, film editing, special effects, sound, screenwriting, directing, costume design, music, and makeup. There is text on the back of each stamp describing the responsibilities, skills, and talents of people involved in the area of filmmaking depicted.
