You definitely need a pro opinion, but i know that the center folds severely lower the value of the bill. I saw a $2.00 gold certificate a few weeks ago at a coin/currency shop with a little less folding than your examples, and it had a $25.00 price tag on it. The owner of the shop said that in better/mint condition that bill could fetch upwards to $70.00. I hope that small reference helps.
If the U.S. hadn't gone back on its word the $20 notes would be worth the same as a $20 gold piece, melts around $1650; the $10 piece about half of that.
VDB: A $2 gold cert you say?... Don't you mean a $20 denomination? OP: Best bet determining your notes values, have a look at Heritage Auction Archives and/or eBay completed auctions. Very rough estimate (guide book values) Fine to Very Fine, approximately in the area of $90-$125.
