I will be heading to the central states coin show in the windy city next week. Will be there on tuesday. Is anyone else going? I will be attending the png day on wednesday. I was wondering if the coin talk forum was having a get together at the show?
the only person i met in milwaukee last year was penny lady. i planned on going friday this year and am supposed to meet 900fine. alot of other ppl just seem to shy to meet someone off the internet i guess but whatever. its unlikely most of them would want to talk large cents anyways. haha
I meet people off the internet alot out here in Rapid City SD as our coin club gives free appraisal to help the public know what their coin collections are worth. I will be at the show Wed.,and Thur. but I have to leave on Friday to get back to South Dakota. I will stop by Wisconsin Rapids where I lived for 45 years to pick up some Cheese. Out west here they think cheese comes in 4 or 5 flavors and are tickled to try some of the hundreds of type of cheese I grow up with. Hope to see you there! Jim
"Get ready for a really big shew" - Ed Sullivan But seriously, folks... this is a big event. We're happy to be there. I don't remember our table number, but we're in the program so look us up and come on by. I would love to go out some night with some CTers. We leave Sunday after the show, so any night Wednesday through Saturday is cool with us.
I'm in Chicago right now for the CICF show so I won't be back for the CSNS show. I am hoping to make the ANA show though.
OH, I have two coins in the CSNS show. Then another on Platinum night. Do you think any CT'ers will be at either of these shows?
actually the csns show is in two weeks. http://www.centralstates.info/sched.html unless they moved it just to fake me out.

I won't be at Central States this year - just got off a grueling coin schedule of 6 back to back shows, so I'm taking a breather! I'll look forward to everyone else's show reports, and I hope to see all the Chicago numismatists at the ANA in August!
