I heard a rumor that in the Lynchburg, Va area there were fifty new nickels released on which there is a die error that makes it look as if Jeffereon has a goatee. Has anyone else heard of this?
Yes, I've got some of them here in GA. Not just a "beard" effect but some of them have this blimish on Jefferson's face, forehead, temple, on the field and around the mint mark P. Also found some with this on the reverse as well. Anybody else?
