I have been using Photoshop Elements for some time for postprocessing/combining my coin photos. I would like to learn to use Gimp for the same purposes but have run into some problems which I know means I am missing something simple. If there is someone out there who would be willing to answer a couple basic questions, I would appreciate contact by private 'Conversation'. The image below was assembled easily with Elements but I have not been able to figure out how to copy/paste two or more images into one using Gimp 2.10.
    Thanks,

    TIF Always learning.

I use PSE also and tonight was browsing for alternatives. It has become incompatible with my operating system (Mojave). I am not going to pay a monthly fee for their CC products and I'm also disinclined to buy the latest PSE.

Right now, Serif's Affinity Photo is looking like an excellent replacement. Before I make the jump, is anyone in CoinTalk land using Affinity?

GIMP? Thought for a second dougsmit was a “dominator” looking for a submissive fellow.
