German blue 1 Reichspfennig Banknote.

    I have a Nazi German military banknote that does not seem to be listed in
    Pick.This time,the German inscription is very easy to transcribe.It has a large eagle in the blue underprint.There are 2 small eagles with 'DEUTSCHE WEHRMACHT' below the 1 Rpf.The note is on the same lozenge watermark paper as the concentration camp note.The inscription
    on the note is as follows;

    'Ein Reichspfennig.Behelfszahlungsmittel Fur Die Deutsche Wehrmacht Dieser Schein Kein Offentliches Zahlungsmittel Sondern Nur Fur Den Geldverkehr Innerhaub.Der Deutschen Wehrmacht Bestimmt.'

    Can you please translate this?
