German 1915 1/2 Mark grade?

    This 1/2 mark seems to have nice luster but it has some scratches.

    Does that make it AU or worse harshly cleaned?

    I would say that coin has XF details and yes, it has been harshly cleaned.

    If the details are XF, that must mean I am not seeing mint luster.
