I am wondering if this could be a possible die crack if not, is this an error? There is a line that goes through the first few letters of the word Justice.

No that is not a Die Crack. It looks incused.
A Die Crack is on the Die Itself that strikes the Blank Planchet. The metal from the Planchet would then flow into the Crack and appear raised.

Maybe just a very minor Strike Through.

Quote - "A die crack occurs when a die, after being subjected to immense pressure during the minting process, cracks, causing a small gap in the die.[3] If this damaged die cointinues to produce coins, the metal will fill into the crack, thus revealing a raised line of metal in the finished coin." closed quote

Here is what a die crack looks like. You'll notice it's raised above the surface of the coin.
