I received this "Where's George" star note in change today. I wonder how many WG notes are stars?

You could try to extrapolate the odds of that on WG by going to the main page, selecting the "George's Top 10" tab and scroll down the list of options to the 'Bills Statistics' which show you how many notes per district have been entered, have hits, etc.

This could help you narrow down the number to get an idea. Base that on known printages from the BEP and if you can do the math for this probability question (I can't ) then you might have an answer to your question with some degree of accuracy. :thumb:

I found a WG star about a month ago. I very rarely find stars, so I thought it was funny that when I finally did find one it had the WG stamps on it. I spent it back into circulation, but I don't think it's the same one you found. ;)

That's the point of the serial number tracking aspect of WG... if you both input the SN, you'd know in your accounts with a hit.

This one was last logged in CT in 2007 then nothing until I logged it in FL yesterday. It has been released back into the wild to live out it's last days in freedom.

Good of you to let the old guy finish off his golden years in circulation. :D
