Here is a 1999 20 pence from England. Nice grade. No question whether genuine. Rather are we looking at MD or legit doubling?
    What do you think?
    Thanks in advance.

Between the tip of the leaf and the C to me it looks like a faint C..?

Doubling is visible on both sides of the coin.

After the suisse 20 Rappen which I thought was MD and is not apparently.
    I wonder about this coin?
There should not be the shadow around the queens head. And we can see in multiple affected areas around the coin.

Its hard to capture with the camera but around the tudor rose you have a circular area with a smooth flat surface.

Then the surface transitions to a rough granulated surface finish also forming in a circle.
Picture 3 details this best with the transition between smooth and rough around the 19.

There's fairly significant die deterioration visible as well.
