Got these silvers a long time ago. Can I get some grade and price ranges on them? Thanks.

I sold some of those this year, and I know it was ebay but I have a few sets of these so I sold some to buy a coin from Germany (Prussia 5 Mark). I say the 33 is F-12 and the 45 EF-40 there both silver but I think I only got about $4 or $5 bucks for them. The only book I have for world coin is a 2005 black book and they listed them then for $1.75 for the 33 and a $1.50 for the 45.

Wrong info. Please see updated post.

$2.95 cents of silver in each would be the correct value.

Thanks, Art. I read on coinworld.com these are .18-something ASW. Do you know what the precise metal composition is, and what that equates to, in terms of silver-%? In other words, are these "90% silvers?"

EDIT: Make that worldcoingallery.com. Don't know what came over me. :rolling:

I believe that from 1920 on British silver coins were 50% silver.

Gosh I was wrong. The Florin - 1933 has .1818 oz silver so value is $2.95. The 1945 2 Shilling is the same. Sorry I read the pre-1920 part of the table the first time around.
