Well,the coin looks like a mutiple birr of Halie Selasie I from Ethiopia....don't have my krause with me, but I'm pretty certain it is worth less than a million dollars, though it could be worth a few thousand.
Yes, it is Ethiopian, probably commemorative of some sort. Don't have any references with me either. Aside from that the whole thing is really pitiful nonsense, these sorts of sales are so insulting to a buyer's intelligence.
