Fun Auction - Very Cool Bicentennial Qtr on Cent Error

It is well beyond my ability to pay, but this piece would be great to own, IMHO.

How often does this type of error (wrong planchet) occur in modern coinage?

I saw that one the other day when browsing my FUN catalog!! Thought it looks pretty neat and I really don't even collect errors. Of course, I think the reserve is pretty high on it, but who knows, maybe someone likes it a whole lot!!
