I recently acquired a 1980 Jefferson NIckel Proof and it is absolutely perfect. I, however, can not tell whether or not tehre are full steps on it, what's the best way to tell without bringing it somewhere, I don't have a microscope or anything with a macro lense.

I think that when grading a Proof the steps don't go with the grades like in the BU way...they don't grade a coin PF62FS...proofs are all ment to be FS weather they have them or not I can't say...

Again I may be worng...but that is how it is with Franklin and the Bell Lines.
