I think I zoomed in a little to much. I'll try to get a cleaner shot when I get home but I'm taking the pictures with my iPhone so I'm not sure how much better I can get it lol.. is it considered a full step if only five steps are visible or do all 6 have to be there without gaps or interferences?

it depends on the grading service

The basic problem with your coin is the steps under pillar #2. There doesn't appear to be 5 steps there, only 4.

Either way, neither TPG will grade this coin FS.

Looks like a hit to the lower right takes it out of the running as it appears to affect another step.

think it would be worth sending in as far as grade goes? Because I also have a 1964 D/D that should grade pretty high that I'm going to send in sometime this month.

No. This coin is not full steps and therefore is not exceptional in any way

Agreed with Mike and Tyler's post is a good read on this subject.
