Last October, I ordered ten silver rounds from one of the coin shows on TV. Not the two-suit-three-payment show. It was the casual-dress-make-me-an-offer program. I was planning on giving a few away to relatives at the holiday get-togethers. The order was for one 10-pack of these rounds. When I got the box, I found one round. The packing slip and invoice/receipt was for one 10-pack. I called and was told I'd get a call back. I didn't. Called again and sent email. Sent more email. Finally heard back and was told the remaining nine rounds would be shipped. A month later, still no package. Contacted them again. Was told several packages were stolen and they were out thousands of dollars. I was going to be receiving an insurance letter to sign so I could get my coins or money refunded. Still waiting for the letter.

I'm just venting, but I thought there would be a little better attempt made at customer satisfaction. No apology was ever made. I'm only talking about $90 worth of stuff. I think they should have shipped them again and dealt with their loss later. It's been about three months. I ordered and was short-shipped. They shipped and got robbed. Isn't this between them, their insurance, and their postal carrier?

    Art Numismatist?

Did you pay by credit card? If so, call the credit card company and dishonor the charge. That will either get you your money back quickly and/or get their attention pronto.

Good advice. It's not like you haven't given them time to honor the purchase and correct their mistake. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback. Can I still do that if I received partial shipment? Would they just refuse 90% of the original amount?

I would explain what happened to the CC company and see how it would be handled. It would make sense to receive 90% of the payment back since you only received 10% of the shipment. I would also check the BBB online and see if there have been any complaints or problems with this company. It's surprising how quickly things get taken care of once the Better Business Bureau is involved.
