Another great addition to your outstanding collection. Nothing wrong with an AU for that old of a specimen.

Very nice Early Date. Wasn't on my radar. Glad that you got it,
Coin Talks "Tyrant". Definitely has a good home. How many
Early Dates, pre 1501 A.D., do you have?

    I wish!

I never ever did a tally. Between Anno Domini dates/ BE (Bosphoran Calender dates/ AH dates....roughly 140-160
AV coins. AH dated coinage in MS is not $$$$ the other two are very $$$$$$$.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( I think our Tyrant collector would have no problem acquiring any thing that comes for auction. So far I see he is not yet into German States/ HRE/ Swiss Kantons/ Burgundian Duchies......Elon Musk/ Putin and Bezos lack the $$$ to have a complete German States/ HRE coll.

That is an amazing early date. Stacks had quite a few nice goldguldens this time around. I won this one in today's auction. The reverse has better details than other examples I have seen.

Hohn always has some choice pieces. Been buying from her for years.

A young man would have had the time of his life strolling into a pub in Cologne with these in his pocket around 1420.
