    Nice:), my only real regret in regards to the SINCONA auction is that the Gold Mohur of Karim Khan Zand has that big scratch on the reverse, his Mohur (I have the 1/4 one) is one of the coins I want to buy the most and they seldom come up for auction.

    My guess a prominent collector of Persian coinage.

    Yes, Kian is a Persian name, so it would be logical to assume that he was a prominent Iranian collector of Iranian coinage, but I can't find any information about him.
