What makes you think this deal is too good? There is more than one hour left, there is no way of knowing how good or bad is it.

I managed to get a few excellent deals from sellers with low feedback in the past.

Cody, are you posting from a Droid?

Why? If people like you won't give the guy a chance, how do you expect him to build sales? Ebay/paypal most likely has this guy against the wall, so there is little (if any) risk in buying from him. Maybe this guy is just a collector like yourself. How would you like to be judged on something so trivial? Some of the largest dreck movers on ebay have excellent feedback ratings... so does this mean they are not wastes?

I couldn't agree more—particularly with "some of the largest dreck movers on ebay have excellent feedback ratings."

PS booksb4coins I was meaning that because he only had 8 sales that he might not have alot of experience in selling coins seeing how polished that 1859 ihc is

Okay, but just because he "might" not have experience, does this mean he should be avoided? Which is worse.. someone (possibly) inexperienced selling a coin, or someone experienced who sells deceptively? Ebay is FULL of the latter, yet you make no mention of them. Also, may I ask how you came to the "polished" conclusion? While it could be my old eyes, the possibility of polishing would be one my last concerns with this listing.

How much "experience" do you have with selling coins? Would you be okay with people viewing you as suspect, not only privately but on a public forum, just because you listed a likely problem coin? It is ridiculous to imply that just because someone is offering a problem coin, they might be inexperienced. Take no offense as my only point with this is that in the future, you would do well not to judge a book by its cover.

I disagree more with OP. I've just started collecting and have listed a few items on ebay. So I have a "0" rating. Does that mean I'm trying to rip everyone off.
