I Recently purchased this coin to a Old Person that Heritaged from his Uncle.

I Have been told, this Coin was Given to a OLD MAN (His Uncle), From a Spanish MARINE close close friend., that traveled to Usa (In the ship, together with this crew) to make some Mercantile Goverment Trades with Fort Knox.

Its very interesting, HAS ONE STRUCK ERROR (The name of that Error is Unknown for me) i was very surprised, ...

    - Whats the name of the Strike Error ? those are Mint Errors ???.
    - Grade ?
    - Value Aprox ?.

Im sharing the History , Pictures and Coins with you !.
    Thank you 598603_457699857609251_1279789051_n.jpg 17769_457699684275935_1852870428_n.jpg 197918_457699154275988_1349804075_n.jpg 522545_457699607609276_1216948648_n.jpg

These were made with writing on the rim , your rim looks completely wrong for the type , if you could post pics with the coin flat at 90 degrees of both sides it would help . Also what does the writing on the rim say ? Also if you could weigh it , it should weigh 416 grains , or 26.96 grams .

The original post reads like a Craigslist or email scam. Odd words capitalized, weird stories, strange grammar - these things make avoid further contact with Craigslist posters and automatically delete emails.

That coin looks fake, like it came from a cast.

The edge is reeded, with a seem in the middle.

Yes words incorrectly capitalized, grammer problems. Usually see that on spam. I think it comes from a foreign translator program.

There are soooo many varieties in the 1795, as with all the early dollars. If you were trying to authenticate it on design alone, it might take some time. But the edge is a dead giveaway.

    I didn't know that.

That coin looks fake and for that kind of price

The edge of the coin looks like it was casted. If you want to spend a bunch of money and get a real coin buy a coin from a reputable dealer that is in a reputable grading company's slab.

He's saying that it is fake, not real LP. $3000 sounds like someone is trying to scam you.

Just because someone has a coin doesn't mean the coin is real.

I don't understand what a 2 generation person is so I'm guessing it's an older person. Look, maybe they think it's real maybe they know it's fake.

It takes me a while to earn $3,000 so if I were to spend it on a coin I would only buy something that I was sure was real.
