French Jeton question

I have two French Jetons, both the same. The Jeton on the right I know is authentic, the one in the left in not to sure. Thoughts?

Looks like a cast reproduction, with soft details all over (not wear). Look at the edge? Does it have a seam?

 

I believe that both are original. This jeton was produced in two sizes, 30mm and 34mm.

If you have access to Michael Mitchiner's book, Jetons, Medalets & Tokens: The Low Countries and France, Volume Two you will find images of both on pages 1344-1345, plate numbers 4017 & 4018.

It's not easy to find. I was lucky to find a seller in London quite a few years ago who had several new copies. He was asking $225 USD. I offered him $150 to include shipping, and he accepted. I can only assume that it was because he had so many copies.
