Since you all have been really helpful in the Coin Photography thread, I am giving away a Nikon Coolpix 3100 3.2 megapixel camera in honor of that thread, it's old and the flap that holds the battery is broken however it still holds the battery. If you guys want in on it, just tell me how you plan on improving your photography skills and plan to take better higher quality coin photos in the future.. the one i pick will get the camera mailed to the with shipping included free of charge. Need at least 10 entries, I know that sounds like a lot, but it'll be worth it!
I need a camera, my x-wife kept mine along with all of my images. I have to use my phone for now and my images suck.
ive got a webcam that takes nice pictures but i have to be realy close up on the coin then i have to adjust like ect it would be much easyier to be able to use both hands i could also take better pictures of my 9 month old daughter outside my phone blows as well
Wow, it would be really cool if I could win this camera. I have some new lighting I bought and some new easels to place coins on to get better money shots, it's just a matter of getting a better camera than the limited old camera 8 pixel I already have. I've been holding off on buying a camera because I just got a new smart phone and the wife thinks that should take care of any pics I need and the second reason is my cash flow tank is on empty. I could really use a new camera to add to my arsenal to improve on my photography skills. Thank you for the contest!! :thumb:
well im not going to say i need the camerea but i will surely want it even though i will probly wont get it i always like to take pics with my dads camera i just cant upload it cuz its not a digital one im still a bigener and would always like a camera to upload pics to this forum that i love
Whenever I try to take pics they always don't end up right. When people see a coin I want them to see it as if they were holding it in their hands but I end up shaking to much. Actually I don't even have a camera, I borrow my dads(which is good but not great haha). Even still I'm going to try to work on the lighting of the environment and try to bring out the luster of the coin without having the luster overpower the rest of the coin. Wow, that would be an awesome prize! Im a YN, im 15 years old, and i always wanted my very own camera to photograph my own coins. I always have to use my moms (which is a pain) because it is so hard to take close up photos. And the only camera that i own right now id the one on my phone which is AWFUL! Haha -Kyle
