Most collectors won't buy his Tokens but some do and unfortunately it messes with the hobby of collecting Tokens and whatever else he sells that's fake. All I gotta say is I reported the idiot and I hope some of y'all do the same. It's up to you, would you want a friend, or a YN to buy his fakes??!! Sure the creators of the designs he copies are surely long dead but it still don't make it right!! Below is his copy of a Hoo Doo Token, bad juju for him, but why wait for Karma to bite him on the posterior? If we don't police Ebay, who will?!!! http://churchofgoodluck.com/Tokens_and_Coins.html http://www.ebay.com/itm/GOOD-LUCK-T...794348?hash=item3ab893c1ec:g:E90AAOSwJkJWlXbM
I know eBay expressly forbids replica coins, whether or not they're marked "copy", but I'm not sure exactly what eBay's policy is for non-coin replicas. Do you know?
Well since tokens and medals are considered numismatic items, and this is made in imitaion of a numismatic item, under the HPA it needs to be marked COPY so it is already illegal.
Well, I didn't notice that, maybe that's how he gets over I don't know. With that said, it is a copy and you would think it would have to be stamped copy. Any legal scholars available to chime in?
