To tell the differences, look at seal size, short key, long key,blue fibers staining the right ends of the note blue- vs - not...all sorts of neat little variables. These are the 4th and 5th Issues of the fractionals... what you do not see is the ones I have out for grading...3 of them! Here we go.... This is best viewed not at full screen!! RickieB BTW...
