Does anyone have any references to tell what were the printing figures of each of the different type of block letters on FR.2300 Hawaii $1?

That block wasn't printed for use in Hawaii; it was distributed back home to collectors and others who wanted samples of the Hawaii notes. So it has a much higher survival rate, especially in high grade, than the other blocks.
