Found this in pocket change

Got this today. Looks to me like the mm is doubled. Perhaps the date as well. Die crack at bottom of torch. Looks like die break ending in cud under motto. What do you think?

You do know that a cud is a break along the rim that extends into the field, don't you? I don't see one.

Thank you all for weighing in. The reason I said doubled mm is because I can see a space in the P between the primary mm and the one I see to the east. That is to say the enclosed space in the letter itself. It doesn't show up on the pic. Getting a new camera in a week or so, see if I can pick it up.

yeah, but the same doubling effect is on the date. and on the neck line around the head ... and the reverse too ...
