If you are asking if it is a Doubled Die then the answer is no. It is a Copper Plated Cent and When there is Die Deterioration as on yours, you will see Die Deterioration Doubling. I don't think it does at a quick glance, but, do note the quality of the attribution pictures and to verify many DDO's which your images lack, and that you will often, not always, need to have this level of image quality to determine some of the less obvious Doubled Dies.
