Good luck stuff. My wifes' relatives would throw 'coin' into the new car that a family member had bought. Nice coins......

I've hunted coins in a junkyard.

 

Owner called me and asked if I seen them in there. I said yes. Just wa Ted to see if anyone seen anything interesting before I give them back. He kinda scammed me on the truck.

 

Scammed how? (if I may ask)

 

Truck is a piece of crap. He told me no service lights are on In the dash. That's because He unplugged the check engine light, also he sprayed the oil pan with something to stop it from leaking. He said it was a new oil pan and I didnt question it. It started leaking 3 days later. Should of had a better look. Gonna cost me $1800 to fix it.

 

Ouch.......

 

Still gonna give it back. Carma will get him later.

 

Technically, the coins are yours. He had well enough time to go through the vehicle before he sold it to you, but I agree with you.........give them back. Karma will indeed have him (biblically).

Im Sure he would say he didnt know. Just wanna give him his coins back and his food stamp card he left in there too and be done with him.

1800 to repair? What make, model and year is your truck?

 

F250. It has a 5.4 liter 3 valve. The cam phazer is bad. The whole top of the motor has to come apart. Plus an oil pan.

 

I'm sure the coins are not much more then face value. Truck is a older f250
