Found my first error penny!

    Too bad it is a common one (2004 no mint mark), but I managed to find it in my second roll of pennies. Has anyone else found anything cool today?

    I was hoping the second one would be something, but it looks like fine scratches.

    well ur 1st pic is a 2014D with rolling machine damage an 2nd is a 2004 but i cant see any error from that pic...

    Oh nevermind. I thought if it didn't have a mint mark it was an error. Looking at the stacks of various years, there are a number with no mint mark. Now I am feeling pretty sheepish for starting this thread!

    no worries, consider it a learning experience, cents minted in Philadelphia have no mint mark..
