I was saying the same thing. Looks like someone had it folded and stuffed in a wallet.

I would iron that baby

 

Sometimes that can get out wrinkles and other times you can damage the note.
I wouldn't iron it.

 

If you want to improve the bill's appearance (and I would not) place it between two layers of cloth and give it a light steaming. Since the note is cotton some of the folds may get minimized.

 

Would hate to have come back and show pictures of what I to it, so I'm not going to mess with it. Would leave that up to a professional. Thanks.

Maybe Treasury would replicate it for me and turn it in to a star note?

That's a great find and a wonderful error. It's a shame the bill is stained, has a red marker spot, has folds and shows fairly heavy circulation wear. Still, a nice bill and worthy of keeping.

 

Wow, what a great find! That's a keeper, wish the condition was better but an error like that, that wouldn't leave my collection!
