Found in change, I assume it is PMD?

    I believe it is PMD because it looks near impossible to be a mint error. looks like someone has been tying to make a double headed magicans coin.

    I dunno. I see what Rascal is saying but there seems to be a lot more to it than just that. Would it be possible for you to take some more photos with more light and diff light shined on it? Might reveal some more details.

    this poor ole coin had taken a beating that's for sure . this is easy to do if someone wants to destroy their coins.
