Found an interesting signature on a 2003A $2 bill - Is this from anyone important?

    I'm holding onto this just in case it is someone important, if not back to the wild it goes. Can anyone make out / recognize this signature?

    Better than I could do as well. Now that I look at it, there seems to be a "T" in the 3rd letter. IDK... It's not John William Snow, so probably not anything special.
