Found a 2007 satin finished g.washington dollar

Just found out this belongs in a set of 36 president coins. Satin finished set. Thats all the info i could find on this set. 2007 p

I believe the stain appearance started again in 2005, they weren't common to see for the previous years. A lot of folks began to hoard them. There are many out there. Most MS69's can be had for cheap.
